Jessica Raubenolt

Jessica Raubenolt is a nonclinical portfolio manager and scientific operations leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting drug development programs across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and contract research organizations. Her expertise spans nonclinical program management, GLP toxicology, CRO oversight, quality assurance support, study monitoring, vendor management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Jessica has led portfolio management activities across multiple development programs, coordinating efforts among nonclinical, regulatory, CMC, bioanalytical, QA, finance, and external CRO teams. She is experienced in managing integrated timelines, monitoring program risks, overseeing budgets, and driving stakeholder communication to ensure successful study execution and program advancement.

Jessica has held leadership roles at Charles River Laboratories and WIL Research, where she managed GLP toxicology studies, supported CRO operations, led large operational teams, and served as a key liaison between sponsors, scientists, and study teams. Her hands-on background in study conduct, monitoring, and operational management provides a practical understanding of the challenges and requirements associated with nonclinical development.
